A Messy Shed

A messy shed. There are many interesting things about a messy shed, just as there are many about a tidy shed. Messy and tidy, they are two halves of a whole that helps to define the state of the shed. Yin and yang, one cannot exist without the other because they are defined by each other!

Messy = not tidy

tidy = not messy

The shed is messy and the mess represents the work that you’ve accomplished. The more mess, the longer you have gone between reflective learning periods where we stop and recoupe. A metaphor for life and how we learn when we are part of a long and deep learning process. The process is often in stages with periods of intense learning, (sharp mind time), followed by periods of slower, reflective learning (reflective mind time) Another one of the great natural cycles of life.
